Yeh Refund & Cancellation Policy bataati hai ki aap kab aur kaise 399apps subscription ya licence cancel karke refund le sakte hain. Yeh 399apps.com aur humare authorised payment partners (including Razorpay aur Cashfree) ke zariye kiye gaye saare purchases pe laagu hoti hai. Saare payments Indian Rupees (INR) mein process hote hain.

Cloud subscriptions

399apps cloud plans INR mein bill hoti hain — pehle app ke liye ₹399/month aur har additional app ya add-on ke liye ₹99/month (annual billing request pe available). Saari prices GST exclude karti hain, jo jaahan applicable ho wahan add hoti hai.

• 30-day refund window. Nayi cloud subscriptions pehle purchase ke 30 din andar pro-rata basis pe refundable hain. 30 din baad, subscription fees current billing period ke liye non-refundable hain.
• Cancellation. Aap apni subscription apne account se ya humein email karke kabhi bhi cancel kar sakte hain. Cancel hone pe aapka plan current billing period ke ant tak active rehta hai aur uske baad renew nahi hota.
• Renewals. Recurring charges automatically renew hote hain. Agar aap renewal date se pehle cancel karte hain, toh agli period ke liye charge nahi hoga. Renewal charge refund ho sakta hai agar aap us renewal ke 7 din andar cancel karein aur nayi period mein service ka zyada use nahi kiya ho.

Self-hosted & enterprise licences

Self-hosted aur enterprise deployments custom quote ke under licensed hoti hain. Self-host licences kharidne ke 14 din andar refundable hain, besharte aapne software ko production mein deploy nahi kiya ho. Custom development, onboarding, aur professional services ek baar kaam shuru hone ke baad non-refundable hain.

Non-refundable items

• Upar diye gaye applicable refund window se purane charges.
• Deliver hone ke baad ek-baar ke setup, migration, training, ya professional-services fees.
• Applicable taxes aur payment-gateway charges, jahan non-recoverable hon.
• Humare Terms of Service ke ullanghan ke liye suspend ya terminate kiye gaye accounts.

Refund kaise maangein

Refund timelines

Approved refunds original payment gateway (Razorpay ya Cashfree) ke zariye original payment method pe jaari hote hain. Approve hone ke baad, refunds typically 5–7 business days mein credit ho jaate hain, halांki sahi time aapke bank ya card issuer pe depend karta hai.
